Butchery at Klein Joostenberg

Founded in 1997.

The butchery at Klein Joostenberg was started by Philip Myburgh based on the idea of selling fresh farm produce directly to the client. From pig farming, which was started at Joostenberg farm in 1948, he developed a small meat processing plant that has grown over the years and now proudly supplies clients with some of the finest meat products.

The butchery team offers a range of excellent quality, healthy meat, specialising in fresh, succulent pork, as well as artisanal charcuterie, smoked and cured products such as sausages, bacon, hams and kassler. In addition other meat of South African origin such as free range chicken, lamb, venison and grass fed beef is available.

Trading hours: 7 days a week from 7h30 -18h00. Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
