From the piggery developed a small meat processing business that has grown over the years and now, proudly supplies the Western Cape with some of the finest pork products.

The Joostenberg butchery team offers a range of excellent quality, healthy meat to clients. Specialising in traditional smoked and cured pork products such as sausages, bacon, hams and kassler as well as fresh, succulent pork cut up to order. In addition, free range chicken, karoo lamb and local grass fed beef also available.

The recipes are mainly styled European. German, French and Italian influences with Dutch and South African flavours coming through.

Trading hours: 7 days a week from 7h30 -18h00. Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day.
